The buyer shall pay the shipping charges (both ways) for any non-damaged items that are sent. Shipping charges for incorrect or defective goods will be covered by Alwanees.
Items that have been cleaned, dried, damaged, or stained in any manner are not returnable to Alwanees. Items that have shrunk or been damaged in a dryer fall under this category. Any bleeding, print damage, or color fading from washing is not Alwanees' fault.
