Refund & Exchange Policy

At Alwanees Clothing, we have a very accommodating exchange policy, and customers are welcome to exchange products if they are not satisfied with the product they have received. 

However, conditions apply:

We have a 1-week return and exchange policy if the product is damaged or you receive an incorrect dress at the time of delivery. Any complaints made after the 1-week time period will not be entertained for an exchange or return. Items offered in our Sale and Discount sections will NOT be entertained for exchange or return. We have the full right to update the exchange policy without any prior notice.

• Exchanges or returns will not be accepted for any product that has been "stitched" specifically for the customer.
• In a same vein, even in the event that a component is missing, an unstitched item that a customer has already had stitched will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
• The buyer shall pay the shipping charges (both ways) for any non-damaged items that are sent. Shipping charges for incorrect or defective goods will be covered by Alwanees.
• Items that have been cleaned, dried, damaged, or stained in any manner are not returnable to Alwanees. Items that have shrunk or been damaged in a dryer fall under this category. Any bleeding, print damage, or color fading from washing is not Alwanees' fault.

"Cash Refunds" are not available from Alwanees Clothing.

• Should the problem stem from our end, refunds are provided by "Bank Transfer." Refunds are not available for changes of heart.
• There is no reimbursement for local or international courier fees. The only amount refunded is the suit price.
• When defective or damaged products are received, Alwanees will replace the damaged item with a brand-new piece of the identical product. If there is no stock, you can swap the product for one of the same brands or get your money back.
• Orders with customized stitches are not subject to refund policies.
