We have a 1-week return and exchange policy if the product is damaged or you receive an incorrect dress at the time of delivery.

• Items that have been cleaned, dried, damaged, or stained in any manner are not returnable to Alwanees. Items that have shrunk or been damaged in a dryer fall under this category. Any bleeding, print damage, or color fading from washing is not Alwanees' fault.
